NerixPay Inc. ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.
01.Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, KYC documents, financial data), information generated by your use of our services (transaction history, device data, location), and information from third parties (identity verification partners, blockchain networks). All collection is necessary for providing regulated financial services.
02.How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to: (1) provide and improve NerixPay services; (2) comply with legal and regulatory requirements including AML/KYC obligations; (3) detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions; (4) communicate account updates, security alerts, and promotional offers (opt-out available); (5) conduct analytics to improve our platform.
03.Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: trusted service providers under strict data processing agreements; regulatory authorities when legally required; fraud prevention networks; and payment networks (Visa) necessary to process your transactions. All third parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
04.Data Security
We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted on a need-to-know basis with multi-factor authentication. We maintain SOC 2 Type II certification and undergo annual independent security audits. Your data is backed up in geographically distributed, access-controlled facilities.
05.Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years thereafter to comply with financial regulations (PCI DSS, AML requirements). You may request deletion of non-regulated data at any time. Transactional records required by law cannot be deleted early.
06.Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to privacy@nerixpay.com. We respond within 30 days.
07.Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for security and authentication, performance cookies to improve our platform, and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your account settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
08.International Transfers
NerixPay operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. All international transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms.
